In early 1867, Camillo Cappola opened a tiny butcher shop in the Italian region of Abruzzo. Over the years, the family craft was passed down through generations of Cappolas, eventually crossing the ocean to Toronto with Camillo’s great-grandsons Lelio and Domenic. Today, we continue to produce premium Italian meats using the same artistry and care that the Cappola family is known for.
